iOS
If you are using an iOS device, reinstalling the app will most likely restore your original game progress. You won’t be able to start a new game without resetting your device to Factory Settings.
Note: We do not recommend resetting to Factory Settings, as doing so will delete all apps, media, and settings from your device.
Android
If you are using an Android device, you can delete and reinstall the App to start a new game.
- Go into your device ‘Settings’.
- Select Apps.
- Find and delete the Kill Shot Bravo App.
- Go into your device 'App Store'.
- Reinstall the Kill Shot Bravo App.
Note: If you wish to save your old game progress, please keep note of your Account Password by using the following steps:
1) Tap the 'Options' button on the bottom right of the screen. 
2) Tap the 'Help' tab on the left column.
3) Your 12-digit Account Password will be displayed.
